My chariot awaits....
Well today i guess you could say I played Cinderella...I cleaned this house from top to bottom...I cooked dinner..I made a Crock-pot dinner...BBQ Brisket and pasta salad with black eyed peas...Then I baked some new Cupcakes...Chocolate Zucchini cupcakes..They are healthy and they taste great...
I worked out in the yard and just enjoyed this Beautiful weather God sent us...It was an overall good day..the kids called and said school was great, Paige has ball games this weekend so I am stocked about that...I will post the recipe for the cupcakes in tomorrows Blog...I think you will be surprised...I am still in prayer for the Business I want to open in Durant...God will def. have to have his hand in this..So if you are reading this Blog, please pray for me, and favor from God...I have a passion to bake and cook..Anyone who knows me knows this to be the truth...
I have a new work-out buddy! He is one of Terry's friends from UPS and is nice and going to fun to have around.. Bret is his name..I am not self motivated at all and need that push..I want to join the bike riding club at Choctaw health center...I generally ride 5 miles and walk the same 5 miles...But My kids are gone for the school year, so now I am alone and wont work out by myself...
I hope you all will find these Blogs educating and fun...I look forward to posting my New recipe's for you tomorrow..I will post 3-4 a week...I hope you enjoy...I hope to get some in-put back from y'all...Talk to you tomorrow....Much Hugs...

Indian Taco's...
Today is such a blessing..My kiddos are here and I am cooking one of their favorites..Indian Taco's..Such a simple dish really..I made them cupcakes the other day and needless to say they have eating them all...
Indian Taco's were inspired by an Old family member..Dessie Willingham..She made these for me when I was little..I could not eat a whole one then, but sure try now...I will post the recipe so you all can enjoy a bit of my life..
Recipe...
I small bag of pinto beans soaked overnight, rinse drain and cook in a large stock pot.. I add salt pepper(White Pepper) Garlic and a ham hock....Cook till done....
Then shred a head of lettuce, cut up 2 tomatoes and get them diced pretty good, now 6-8 cups of shredded cheese, sour cream, hot sauce and Fry up 2-5 pounds of Hamburger meat with salt, pepper, and garlic salt as well..Drain off fat.(I use 90/10 hmb.) so there is not much fat..Chop up 1-2 onions..You can make this a Vegetarian meal to..Just omit the Hamburger meat...
Now take some self rising flour(about 6-10 cups) and add water till flour follows fork(kinda Sticky)..Put flour on cutting surface and take a golf-ball sized amount and pus out on cabinet til kinda flat turning to coat with flour..In pan with 2 cups of Oil heated put dough in there and fry till golden brown on both sides...repeat till all are cooked...Next layers...Indian taco shell-beans-hamburger meat-lettuce-tomato's-shredded cheese-sour cream-hot sauce...It's time to Eat..Yum'O...I hope you will enjoy a taste of my home...

Life and Pushing forward...
Well I am sorry it had been forever since I have been on here..I will be Blogging more often..I am going to be testing Cupcake recipes...Telling my stories as I go..So I am using the UPS friends as my taste tester's and some people from Church..I attend victory Life in Durant Oklahoma...I sing in our choir and I am a People person..My feeling get hurt Very easy.Just Sayin..
Tonight's Cupcake was Mocha Dark Chocolate with a Butter cream Mocha Chocolate frosting...It was Divine...They really came out moist and the Frosting was totally the bomb...The kids and the Husband really enjoyed them..I will have to post photo's and share recipes when I have decided if I am going to open up a Cupcake Treat's and Sweets shoppe in Durant Oklahoma....I have to be in prayer for a while and ask our Pastor Brother Duane to pray for me and pray for this decision to see if this a God idea...
I have found that if you pray about everything God will definitely show his hand in all things...It is so important to be in good timing..
I have the best of intentions of writing a book based on Domestic Violence to, but there again it's all based on God's timing...There are so many areas In this life I want to touch on and hopefully Bless someone who is in need..I will give back to the Community and Help protect people from Violence...
I am really thinking I stand a Great chance at what I want for My life...
Some of the Other interest...Music, singing, and being around friends and family...I like to joke around and have a blast in this life...Life is way to short to be Unhappy..We wake up and have to decide if we want to be "Happy" or Miserable...It's Our choice..As a Dear Friend once said..be Spacific and take 15 min a day and just tell yourself what you want..Take the song...F***ing Perfect by Pink...that's how we should all feel and live by that..It made me cry the first time I heard it...This friend was on the other end of the computer and could not see the tears, but they were real and many of them...I looked into the mirror and had realized I wanted to be better, but according to this friend...I was already "Perfect"...
Life is only what we make of it..Make it count Everyday..you never know when it may be the last day...That's what I have for today...We were made to be courageous...God Bless and much Love....XOXO
